본 환불규정은 대경 건축가회 공모전 참가비 결제와 관련하여 적용됩니다.
제1조 기본 원칙
참가자는 공모전 참가 신청 시 본 환불규정에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
참가비는 공모전 운영, 심사 진행, 시스템 유지 및 참가자 관리에 사용되므로 원칙적으로 접수 완료 후에는 환불되지 않습니다.
다만 본 규정에서 정한 예외 사유에 해당하는 경우 환불이 가능합니다.
제2조 환불이 가능한 경우
다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 참가비 전액 또는 일부를 환불할 수 있습니다.
- 동일 참가자가 중복 결제를 진행한 경우
- 시스템 오류 또는 결제 오류로 인해 정상적인 참가 접수가 이루어지지 않은 경우
- 주최측의 사정으로 공모전이 취소되거나 개최가 불가능하게 된 경우
- 기타 주최측이 정당한 사유가 있다고 인정하는 경우
제3조 환불이 불가능한 경우
다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 참가비는 환불되지 않습니다.
- 참가자의 단순 변심 또는 개인 사정에 의한 취소
- 참가 신청서 제출이 완료된 경우
- 작품 제출이 완료된 경우
- 참가자가 제출 규정을 숙지하지 못하여 발생한 불이익의 경우
- 참가 자격 미충족, 제출서류 누락 또는 제출 오류로 인해 심사 대상에서 제외된 경우
- 접수 마감일 이후 환불을 요청하는 경우
제4조 환불 신청 방법
환불 신청은 공모전 사무국 또는 공식 이메일을 통해 접수할 수 있습니다.
환불 신청 시 다음 정보를 제출해야 합니다.
- 참가자 성명
- 이메일 주소
- 접수 번호
- 결제 일자
- 환불 사유
- 결제 내역 확인 자료
주최측은 제출된 정보를 확인한 후 환불 가능 여부를 검토합니다.
제5조 환불 처리 기간
환불 승인 시 승인일로부터 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 결제 수단을 통해 환불이 진행됩니다.
신용카드 결제의 경우 카드사 정책에 따라 실제 환불 반영 시점은 다를 수 있습니다.
해외 결제의 경우 결제사 및 금융기관의 처리 일정에 따라 환불 소요 기간이 추가될 수 있습니다.

This Refund Policy applies to all entry fee payments made for participation in Daegyeong Architects Association programs and events.
Article 1. General Policy
By submitting an entry application to the Competition, participants acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Entry fees are used to cover competition administration, judging processes, platform maintenance, and participant management. Therefore, as a general rule, entry fees are non-refundable once an application has been successfully submitted.
Refunds may only be granted under the exceptional circumstances specified in this Policy.
Article 2. Circumstances Eligible for Refund
A full or partial refund may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the same participant for the same submission.
- Failure of successful registration due to a system malfunction, technical error, or payment processing error.
- Cancellation, postponement, or inability to conduct the competition due to circumstances attributable to the Organizer.
- Other exceptional circumstances deemed reasonable and approved by the Organizer.
Article 3. Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund
Refund requests will not be approved under any of the following circumstances:
- Change of mind or personal reasons of the participant.
- Completion of the competition application submission.
- Completion of the project, artwork, or entry submission.
- Failure to comply with submission requirements, guidelines, or competition rules.
- Disqualification resulting from ineligibility, incomplete documentation, incorrect information, or submission errors.
- Refund requests submitted after the application deadline.
- Requests made after the judging process has commenced.
Article 4. Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted to the Competition Secretariat via the official contact email.
Participants requesting a refund must provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Registration Number or Entry Number
- Payment Date
- Reason for Refund Request
- Proof of Payment
The Organizer reserves the right to review and verify all submitted information before making a refund determination.
Article 5. Refund Processing Period
Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date of approval using the original payment method whenever possible.
For credit card transactions, the actual refund posting date may vary depending on the policies and processing schedules of the card issuer.
For international payments, additional processing time may be required depending on the payment provider, financial institution, or local banking regulations.

By completing payment of the entry fee, participants acknowledge and agree to all terms set forth herein.
