참가등록 및 결제 안내
아직 참가등록과 결제를 완료하지 않은 경우, 마감일보다 충분한 여유를 두고 모든 절차를 완료하시기를 권장드립니다.
브라우저나 네트워크 환경, 결제 카드 설정 또는 카드사의 승인 절차로 인해 결제가 원활하게 진행되지 않을 수 있습니다.
1. 결제 페이지가 열리지 않거나 다음 단계로 넘어가지 않는 경우
다음과 같은 원인으로 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다.
- 일시적인 네트워크 또는 브라우저 문제
- Safari 등 일부 모바일 환경에서의 팝업 또는 세션 처리 문제
- 브라우저 캐시 또는 세션 관련 문제
- 결제대행사(EXIMBAY)와 카드사 간의 일시적인 통신 지연
- 결제창이 정상적으로 열리거나 진행되지 않는 일부 모바일 환경
다음 방법을 시도해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 가능한 경우, 결제 과정이 가장 안정적인 PC 환경에서 최신 버전의 Google Chrome을 이용하여 참가등록과 결제를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 브라우저에서 팝업이 차단되어 있지 않은지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 모바일 기기를 사용하고 있다면 Wi-Fi와 모바일 데이터를 전환한 후 다시 시도해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 잠시 기다린 후 결제를 다시 시도해 주시기 바랍니다.
2. 카드 결제가 승인되지 않는 경우
다음 사항을 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
1. 해외 온라인 결제 가능 여부
- 해당 카드의 해외 온라인 결제 기능이 활성화되어 있는지 카드사에 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
2. 카드 이용 한도
- USD 100 결제에 필요한 이용 가능 한도가 충분한지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 3D Secure(3DS) 본인인증
- 결제 과정에서 카드사가 요청하는 추가 인증을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다. 은행 앱 승인, SMS 인증번호 입력 또는 기타 보안 인증이 완료되기 전에 결제창을 닫지 않도록 주의해 주시기 바랍니다.
4. 카드사의 보안 또는 부정 사용 방지 조치
- 일부 카드사는 보안상의 이유로 해외 온라인 결제를 일시적으로 거절할 수 있습니다. 필요한 경우 카드사에 문의하여 결제가 차단되었는지 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
5. 다른 카드·브라우저·기기 이용
- 가능한 경우 해외 온라인 결제와 3D Secure 인증을 지원하는 다른 카드로 시도하거나, 다른 브라우저 또는 기기를 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.
위 방법을 시도한 후에도 문제가 지속되는 경우, 해당 화면이나 오류 메시지를 캡처하여 운영팀에 미리 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
마감시간에 임박하여 접수된 문의는 참가등록 마감 전까지 해결이 어려울 수 있으므로, 가급적 빠른 시일 내에 참가등록과 결제를 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.

다음의 PDF 파일 2개를 하나의 ZIP 파일로 압축하여 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

ZIP 파일명은 다음과 같이 작성해 주시기 바랍니다.

ZIP 파일의 최대 용량은 100MB이며, 000000(PIN) 부분에는 참가등록 시 부여받은 PIN 번호를 입력해 주시기 바랍니다.
마감 여부는 파일이 서버에 도착한 시간을 기준으로 판단됩니다. 파일 오류, 인터넷 연결 문제, 접속자 집중에 따른 업로드 지연 또는 시차 계산 착오 등으로 마감시간 내 제출이 완료되지 않을 수 있으므로, 충분한 여유를 두고 업로드를 완료하시기를 권장드립니다.

This is a final reminder that the registration and submission deadline is approaching.

All submissions must be made through the official website.
Registration and Payment Information
If you have not yet completed your registration and payment, we strongly recommend completing the process well before the deadline.
Payment difficulties may occur due to browser or network conditions, payment card settings, or the card issuer’s authorization process.
1. If the payment page does not open or proceed properly
This issue may occur in the following situations:
- Temporary network or browser issues
- Browser pop-up or session processing issues in some mobile environments, such as Safari
- Browser cache or session-related issues
- Temporary communication delays between the payment gateway (EXIMBAY) and the card issuer
- Mobile environments where the payment window does not open or proceed properly
Please try the following:
- If possible, please complete your registration and payment using the latest version of Google Chrome on a PC, as this is the most stable environment for the payment process.
- Please check that pop-ups are not blocked in your browser.
- If you are using a mobile device, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data and then try again.
- Alternatively, wait a few minutes and try the payment again.
2. If your card payment is declined
Please check the following:
1. International online payments
- Confirm with your bank that international online payments are enabled for your card.
2. Card spending limit
- Verify that your available spending limit is sufficient for a USD 100 transaction.
3. 3D Secure (3DS) authentication
- Make sure to complete any additional authentication requested by your bank, such as approval through a banking app, an SMS verification code, or another security verification, before closing the payment window.
4. Bank security or fraud protection
- Some banks may temporarily decline international online transactions for security reasons. Please contact your bank to confirm whether the transaction has been blocked.
5. Another card, browser, or device
- If possible, try another international payment card that supports overseas online payments and 3D Secure authentication, or use a different browser or device.
If the issue persists after trying the above, please contact the Competition Operations Team in advance and include a screenshot of the relevant page or error message.
Please note that inquiries received close to the deadline may not be resolved before registration closes. We therefore strongly recommend completing your registration and payment as early as possible.
Submission Files
Please prepare one ZIP file containing the following two PDF files:
- 000000(PIN) Board 01.pdf
- 000000(PIN) Board 2-6.pdf
The ZIP file must be named:
- 000000(PIN).zip
The maximum ZIP file size is 100MB. Please replace 000000(PIN) with the PIN number assigned to you during registration.
The deadline will be determined based on the time the file is received by the server. We strongly recommend completing your upload well in advance, as delays caused by file errors, internet connection issues, upload congestion, or time zone miscalculations may prevent successful submission before the deadline.
Please review the competition brief and submission requirements carefully before uploading your final files.
