작품 제출 마감에 앞서, 모든 참가자는 작품을 제출하기 전 공모 지침서(Competition Brief)와 공식 홈페이지의 제출 안내(Submission Guide)를 반드시 다시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
모든 제출물은 다음 사항을 포함한 제출 규격을 준수해야 합니다.
• A3 규격 총 6매 구성
• A3 Board 01과 A3 Boards 02–06의 구분
• 지정된 파일 형식 및 파일 구성
• 부여된 PIN 번호를 적용한 파일명
• 해상도 및 파일 용량 기준
• 익명성 준수
A3 Board 01에는 제출 안내에 명시된 참가자 정보를 기재해야 하며, 해당 보드는 심사위원에게 제공되지 않습니다.
실제 심사에 사용되는 A3 Boards 02–06에는 참가자의 이름, 소속 대학 등 신원을 확인할 수 있는 어떠한 정보도 포함해서는 안 됩니다.
참가자는 작품 제출 마감 전까지 제출물을 수정하거나 다시 업로드할 수 있습니다. 제출 마감 시각을 기준으로 가장 최근에 업로드된 파일을 공식 최종 제출물로 간주합니다.
공모 지침서 제15조 및 제17조에 따라, 제출 규격을 준수하지 않은 작품은 심사 대상에서 제외되거나 실격 처리될 수 있습니다.
제출 형식 미준수로 인한 불이익이 발생하지 않도록, 제출 마감 전 모든 파일과 보드 구성을 반드시 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

As the submission deadline approaches, all participants are requested to carefully review the Competition Brief and the Submission Guide available on the official website before submitting their work.
All submissions must comply with the specified requirements, including:
• A total of six A3 boards
• Separate preparation of A3 Board 01 and A3 Boards 02–06
• Required file formats and file structure
• File names using the assigned PIN
• Resolution and file-size requirements
• Anonymity requirements
A3 Board 01 must include the required participant information specified in the Submission Guide. This board will not be provided to the jury.
A3 Boards 02–06, which will be used for evaluation, must remain fully anonymous and must not contain any information that could identify the participant, including names or university affiliations.
Participants may revise or re-upload their submissions until the submission deadline. The files most recently uploaded before the deadline will be regarded as the participant’s official final submission.
In accordance with Articles 15 and 17 of the Competition Brief, submissions that fail to comply with the required submission specifications may be excluded from the evaluation process or disqualified from the competition.
To avoid any disadvantage resulting from non-compliance, please carefully check all files and board configurations before the submission deadline.
