2026 BIGFIELDS STUDENTS PRIZE WINNER

The 2026 Bigfields Student Award explored the theme of “WAR,” examining survival, memory, and the possibilities of recovery in times of war from an architectural perspective.
A total of 84 teams participated in the competition. Following an online judging process, three Grand Prize winners and five Honorable Mentions were selected.
The winning works will be exhibited at the 2026 Daegu Architecture Festival, held from October 28 to 31.
The entire judging process was recorded and will be released on YouTube, as well as screened at the Daegu Architecture Festival. All submitted works will also be published in a book, along with the judges’ evaluations and discussions.
We sincerely thank all the students who participated in this competition and all of the judges for their valuable contributions.
